| If your vacation group of family and friends is too large for one of our Windfall properties get the best of both Tybee worlds by renting both. A special discount will apply when you rent both Windfall by the Sea & Windfall Creekside. |
| The following guidelines apply to both properties. A 13% tax for accommodations and a cleaning fee($90 for Windfall by the Sea)($70 for Windfall Creekside) will be added to the above rates. A security deposit of $150 is also required. To reserve our condo or cottage a deposit of 50% must be received within ten days of reserving. The balance is due one month prior to the beginning of the rental period. If reservation is made less than 30 days before rental period, the total amount is due at the time of reservation. Monthly rates are available for January and February. Check specials for rates. All payments must be made by check or money order. We strongly recommend travel insurance and will discount your second payment by up to $50 if you purchase it. If you cancel your reservation and we are able to rent that time frame to another guest, we will refund your rent payment. If this is not possible, we can not refund your payment. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance at a cost of $60 to $100 to cover loss of rent due to cancellation. Click here for travel insurance quotes.
