2008 Rates for Windfall
by the Sea

    On Season - May 24 through August 29
    Off Season - August 30 through May 22

    Windfall by the Sea is only available for full week
    rentals from Saturday to Saturday during on-season. It
    is available for a minimum of 4 nights off-season
    (Saturday night through Tuesday night or  Tuesday
    night through Friday night.)

    On-Season rates may apply to the following holidays:
    Christmas, New Year's Eve, St. Patrick's Day, Easter,
    Memorial Day, 4th of July.

If your vacation group of family
and friends is too large for one
of our Windfall properties get
the best of both Tybee worlds
by renting both.

A special discount will apply
when you rent both Windfall by
the Sea & Windfall Creekside.
The following guidelines
apply to both properties.

A 13% tax for
accommodations and a
cleaning fee($90 for Windfall
by the Sea)($70 for Windfall
Creekside) will be
added to the above rates.

A security deposit
of $150 is also required.

To reserve our condo
or cottage a deposit of
50% must be received
within one week of
reserving. The balance
is due one month prior
to the beginning of
the rental period. If
reservation is made
less than 30 days
before rental period,
the total amount is due
at the time of reservation.

Monthly rates are
available for January
and February. Call for rates.

All payments must be
made by check or
money order.


Check in time is 3pm –
check out is 10am

Rental rules for condo
& cottage:
- no smoking
-no pets
-must be at least 21 years old
to rent
