    Cancellation Policy and
    Travel Insurance

    We strongly recommend
    travel insurance and will
    discount your second
    payment up to
     $50 if you purchase it.

    If you cancel your
    reservation and we are
    able to rent that time frame
    to another guest,
    we will refund your rent
    payment. If this is not
    possible, we can not refund
    your payment.

    We recommend that you
    purchase travel insurance
    at a cost of $60 to $100 to
    cover loss of rent due to
    cancellation.
