    Windfall by the Sea

    Our ocean-front condo has incredible views of the ocean along
    with every amenity including central air conditioning. Windfall by
    the Sea is located just 50 yards from the beach at #7 Oceanview
    Drive in the modern Fort Screven Villas nine unit condo building
    on the beautiful quiet north beach of Tybee. An elevator from the
    parking garage to our first floor location is convenient for
    unloading cars and carrying chairs and toys to and from the
    beach. Our condo sleeps 6 to 8 and is ideal for groups of family
    or friends and for honeymoons.

    Windfall by the Sea will make your stay at the beach
    convenient and memorable with its:

  • Private hot tub for two, on our deck, overlooking
    the Ocean

  • Master bedroom with ocean view, king-size bed with memory
    foam topper, deck access, private bathroom, walk-in closet,
    cable TV and VCR, computer desk and Macintosh with wireless
    Internet access

  • Second bedroom with queen-size bed, private
    bathroom and cable TV plus dvd or vcr player

  • Third bedroom (with bathroom across the hall)
    has a bunk bed with a full bottom mattress and a single top    
     mattress plus a day bed, and a cable TV with VCR

  • Large great room combining living room (with
    queen-size sofa bed), fireplace, dining area, and
    kitchen. Includes a cable TV with VCR and DVD
    player, stereo and CD Rom Player, a reclining love
    seat and reclining rocking chair

  • Private covered deck overlooking the ocean
    located off the great room and master bedroom

  • Macintosh computer with games and unlimited
    free Internet access. We have wireless so it's also
    easy to access the Internet on your laptop.

  • Fully equipped kitchen withl new appliances
    including refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker,
    stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker,
    blender, toaster, toaster oven, and all the
    essentials for preparing great meals

  • Fully carpeted bedrooms with tile in the great room,
kitchen and bathrooms

  • 50 yards from the deck to the ocean with a private
    walkway to the beach

    Windfall Creekside

    Windfall Creekside offers a beautiful private setting within 7 feet
    of the tidal creek and dock and less than 1 mile from the ocean.
    Kayaks are available at the dock for your use. You can bring your
    own small boat or use our kayaks to venture out on the many
    rivers and tidal creeks that surround Tybee Island.

    This comfortable Tybee cottage accommodates up to
    4 guests (or 2 adults + 3 children)in a beautifully renovated 2
    bedroom, 2 bath home. Both the bedrooms and the great room
    have wonderful marsh and tidal creek views. Sliding glass doors
    and large windows make this a wonderful spot for watching
    herons and egrets and enjoying the quietness on the tidal creek
    side of Tybee.
